One of the latest phenomena creating panic and hatred is something few can define. It is critical race theory. In the 1980s scholars were studying ways to understand the influence of race on America. They wanted to go beyond the reality of racial prejudice and discover the ways race affects American institutions including our legal, political and economic systems.
